Template troves II the ooze one.

You will not be dissapointed.

I already answered your question in Open, Joe, but here are the highlights-

Wildwood, the new setting and the Book of Curses from Bastion. (I want Wildwood NOW, damnit). Plus any new Legacies of Oathbound.

Lords of Madness- I have wanted a book on aboleths since 3e started.

d20 Apocolypse.

I'm interested to see how Wildwood does, but to be honest, outside of one GM butchering Oathbound, the setting hasn't done a lot for me. My last experience with it was Oathbound Arena and it had too much side stuff and not enough regional info. Mass combat system? Check. Mechs? Check. Those things didn't need to be in that book.

I'd forgotten about the Book of Curses. I keep thinking of the one from Hykoena Studios with the Vamprie and Werewolf templates... (Probably spelled the stuido name wrong.)

It just seems that companies aren't really promoting their new offerings or that you have to go to each site to check them out.

Most of the updates on En World seem to be about freebies on WoTC site or PDF news.

I'm looking foward to either the three "Advanced Books" by Green Ronin or the "Advanced Book" by Sword and Sorcery.

Also thinking of Denizens of Avadnu and possibly the Dungeon Master's Guide 2.

Nothing else.

There are a few that I'm really looking forward to:

1) Wilderlands Box Set
2) Rappan Athuk Reloaded
3) Wildwood
4) All future Dungeon Crawl Classics

...and that's about it. I'm interested in other things, such as the Book of Curses, but I'm not in a hurry to get them.

Well, it's not such a long list for me either:

Wilderlands Boxed Set
Talislanta d20
Wildwood (maybe)

These are all books related to settings. I've got enough rulesbooks, so even from WotC it's just setting-related stuff (FR).

Wildwood is different from the previous Oathbound products in the fact that it also works as a standalone setting. Also it's much larger than Arena, about 100 pages larger, so it has a lot more details about the domain itself including wilderness locations, major figures, settlements and the like. It's about 70-75% fluff with another 20-25% crunch if I had to five you a ratio. It's also got a good amount of maps, (six or seven if I remember) and they look absolutely awesome. Jeff and Jason from Inner Circle Games drew the maps for Wildwood and just blew me away with how incredible they look. And I only saw them at low resolution and without annotations so I can't wait to see how they look with all the bells and whistles. It's got its crunch too, spells, prestige classes, a core class, equipment, magic items and new races as well as pursuit rules for wilderness encounters.

Mysteries added a lot to the domain, enough warlords and other powers to keep any party busy for years. And I agree with you about the Doomstriders but mass combat is what Arena is about.

My guess, only my guess, is that Jim is in the same boat as Hal- he was insulted by Morrus and doesn't want to have anything to do with this site. And I don't blame either one one bit.

D20 Only eh?

Blue Rose

Twin Crowns

Dreaming City

Bucket of WOTC stuff

more crunch books

and maybe Tal 20, Game of thrones, Conan and Black Company
