New DDM Starter set contents

5 exclusive, non-random, pre-painted plastic miniatures: Large Green Dragon, Human Sellsword, Elf Warlock, Dwarf Battlemaster, and Exiled Drow Fighter.

Looks like 4 v. 1 to me, which further validates the assumption by some that Drow will be in the PHB.

Also states that the packaging showcases all five minis, so I expect a window box along the lines of the HaloClix and other recent Wizkids sets.

Releases on 15 April, with a $15 MSRP.

Battlemaster also sounds suspiciously similar to warlord. I wonder if they're still playing around with that class name...

Of course, I wouldn't expect "sellsword" to be a class name, and DDM has a history of using lots of titles and such that don't come from the rules. It's probably just wishful thinking, hoping for something better than "warlord".

The new one, I take it? They'll just have to make room room for the Large Dragon.

Makes sense, though, as I'm sure they don't want their packaging to be identical to Wizkids'.
