I agree that this comes off poorly. Without proper atribution I thought this was real. I, like probably many others, don't always click the link to see the original and so without other clues this did seem like a poor attempt at humor by Andy collins. The OP either needs a major rewrite or the thread should probably be closed.

Or, the attribution could be removed/changed. That seems like the simplest solution.

Is it really EnWorld policy to allow people to write up fake posts attributed to others? After some of what Scott Rouse has written recently, I was ready to believe that Andy Collins had written this. That isn't fair to him.

Actually, I just swapped the tag over to humor. That wasn't meant as support or condemnation either way; when my team is losing the Superbowl, I let other moderators handle problems.
