earth shugenja in Rokugan have their spellcasting ability tied to Constitution (and if you use the psi/magic transparency rules, you might consider that some psion could use this feat too, and 3 have their power based on str dex and con).

Another thing I have missed is the range of the ability (both caster within reach of each other would be fine).

and casting time (time to cast the longest spell for example), or the time needed to makes the trade.

I can see other use for this feat, as a prerequisite for an ability that allow demon or devil prince who can grant divine spell to share their arcane ability (and expand the optional sources for sorcerer power given in the DMG).

Ahh. I don't have shugenja, and wouldn't let a psion use this. Its for spells, not psionic powers.
