NEW FORUM PROPOSAL: A "Who and When" Forum

I have an idea for a new forum for us here an EnWorld.

A WHO AND WHEN forum for members to post about Conventions they will be attending, and to make plans to meet up in person at the conventions. I think this would be a good addition to our Forum, and give our extended community a chance to get to know each other and party a little at cons! I, for one, have a long list of folks from EnWorld that I am dying to meet!
