He might be able to control his speed, but not the effects that living so fast have on him. If he thinks twice as fast as the rest of us, it means temptations to do things to fill the time are twice as strong since he has all the extra time to think about them. It's robably much worse since he moves so fast he is a blur, his thoughts are probably that fast too. Or he just moves so fast that his body is doing things before he can think his way through them." </span></p></blockquote><p></p>
