New Hampshire Gameday - November 3rd

I'm finally digging out from my insanely busy summer, and I'm able to commit.

Please put me into Slot 1, Game C; Ao's "Do Cyberzombies Dream of Electric Brains?".

And Slot 2 Game F; Nellisir's "The Quest of Culhwch".

I'm looking forward to this!

If there continues to be a lack of interest in the Pirates CCG I may offer something else instead for that morning slot. Would there be any interest out there for either:

A. D20 Future
B. Mutants and Masterminds (with DC Comics characters)
C. Pirates of the Spanish Main Role Playing Game
D. Sidewinder Recoiled

Okay, Ao has decided to go with a Space-theme for his morning game so I'll skip the idea of D20 Future and I think I'll also shelve Sidewinder as I've run two games of that already this summer, but I am tempted to add an "Old School" option - so the choices for a different Slot One game are now:

A. Advanced Dungeons and Dragons 1st Editon (Bring Your Own 2nd Level Character)
B. Mutants and Masterminds (with DC Comics characters)
C. Pirates of the Spanish Main Role Playing Game

Another alternative would be for another Gamemaster to sign up to run a Slot One game and I'll play instead (at this point Ghul will be doing a Slot Two game if he can swing it).

I've decided on running my Space Marines games. I probably could get the Ewoks game done in time, but it'd be tight with all that is going on right now.

Do Cyberzombies Dream of Electric Brains?
All Flesh Must Be Eaten - All Tomorrow's Zombies supplement

Room for 6 players

Greetings CaNaRieS (Command, Neutralization & Rescue Squad). I hope you have put your training time on Deimos to good use, because the Novatech Transport Erebus has reported an infestation of ambulatory corpses. You are the closest team, so good luck. And don’t worry, a much more experienced team is on the way. Try to stay alive until they get there. Our more experienced team had the foresight to pack a few extra rounds for your bodies, in the event you do not.

Ao - Does this game involve large amounts of gunfire and blowing lots of zombies to bits without any regard for decency or common sense? Because if so, I'm gonna switch out of Piratecat's game. I love me some insane gunfire.

I can promise guns, zombies, paperwork, blackened lungs, screaming miners, experimental equipment, a spleen and fire. Lots of fire.

Game may also include spaghetti.

Characters will be chosen at the table, but here is a preview of the characters.

Corporal Valskegg Rabinowski (Team Leader) – The Fearless Leader, though many on the team question the fearless part since he usually commands from the back. He has not disclosed his psionic abilities to his team just yet, though he has used them within view of Tavern and Shears. At the moment, they just think he carries a hidden flamethrower. It is unsure whether he has repeatedly set Tavern on fire by accident or on purpose.

Private Jaimie De Hoyos (Equipment Officer) – The Mexican, as the team refers to him. Jaimie is most likely to mock Rabinowski, simply because he feels the team does not appreciate him. Jaimie has led a rather sheltered life up to this point and thus is lacking in some basic human skills. He is the product of natural human enhancement and by natural, I mean genetic engineering and chemical stimulation.

Private Molly Shears (Neutralization Officer) – The Problem Solver, providing the problem can be solved with pointy claws, a shotgun or a swift kick to the knee. Molly is a former street samurai who found life on the streets was becoming a bit too dangerous. She has taken great advantage of Novatech’s generosity in receiving significant cybernetic upgrades to her body. She is often ordered not to use ‘people skills’ or to start theorizing over the origins of the horrible things they face. After all, we all know some scientist is to blame.

Private Ned Tavern (Neutralization Officer) – The Hulk, since he is over 6’5” tall and built like a football player. Ned looks like a walking bruise that could squish an elephant’s head between his pointer finger and thumb. He is alive today only with the help of thousands of little nanites living in his body. He has escaped numerous critical injuries relatively unscathed, thanks to them. The only permanent damage he has received has been to his brain. His doctorate from Harvard doesn’t quite reflect his abilities today, sadly.

Private Amiira Sullivan (Science Officer) – The Chimney, given her proclivity for smokes. Amiira is almost everything Molly despises about scientists, which makes how well they get along exceedingly strange. She has no problem tying someone up and leaving them in a zombie-infested area, just because they annoyed her somehow. Nor does she have a problem ‘accidently’ knocking a guy down a shaft simply because he pointed out a no smoking sign to her. Amiira’s redeeming quality seems to be that she shows some consideration for the greater good, or at least, the good of the team. Whatever they encounter, she does her best to determine just what it is and the most efficient way of killing it. What she doesn’t know off the top of her head she keeps stored in Datachips, which she can plug into her cybernetic enhancements to expand her knowledge.

Private George Knightley (Field Medic) – The Saint, since he continues to heal the sick even after all the things people have done to him. A lesser man would have holed himself up somewhere and never crawled out again. But maybe he is just running away in a different manner. He doesn’t talk about the burn scars at all, or the bullet shrapnel scars. Perhaps he just never hears the questions. He learned the hard way that people don’t suffer a freak to live so he keeps his ability close to his chest. It is amazing what you can do with some medical supplies and a little bit of misdirection. They rarely notice the healing came from within himself, not from the tools.

It looks like I'll be bringing my friend's son Matt (aka NinjaDinoPirate, last seen at MaverickWeirdo's game day). Please put him in the All Flesh Must Be Eaten game in the morning, and the Iron Heroes game in the afternoon.

OK, to avoid premature death from Piratecat Overload, I'll drop out of his AM game and take up one of Ao's spaces instead.

I think the proper term is 'PirateCat Poisoning'. I'm sure it's happened in his games before...
