A couple of thoughts

Since the items now take up a ring slot, should the item prequiste be changed from Craft wonderous item to Forge Ring?

These rings exist as pair, correct? That is to say that a third circle of bonding can do nothing for a paired set. Perhaps the descriptive text could make this explicit. Perhaps each ring of the pair shares a common device that varies from pair to pair according to the desires of the rings creator.

Is the price listed for a single ring or for a pair?

Good points, i'll change the description to reflect the craft ring and the fact that another ring or set can't be added to the effect.
The item is actually a set of two rings, so the price is for both.

Can each user get a 1/day use? or can the pair of rings only be used 1/day.

Ie. can I take your 5 damage now and later today you take my 10 damage? or is it used up after I took the 5 first?

1 use per day, from either wearer (so not 1 use per from each wearer).
So if you take 5 damage now, it's all used up for the day.
I'll clearify that in the description
