Well. After seeing Morus' spell a day thread, I decided to do a magic item thread. Feel free to add your own! :)

Elven Chain mail of Aerdrie Faenya
This beautifully crafted elvish chainmail is normally given out to those adventurers who have done a service to Aeridrie's temples. The chainmail has a +1 bonus. In addition it allows the wearer to cast feather fall 3x per day, weighs only 5 pounds and is so fine and light that it can be worn under normal clothing without detection. CL 5th. Craft Magic Arms and Armor. creator must be elven. feather fall. faint alteration and enchantment. Price: 6,000gp.

Why does the creator have to be Elven? Thiat's not a prereq of Elven Chain, and being a Dwarf isn't a prereq of Dwarven Mail.

You're saying other races can't be trained in the same manner as Elves?

Other than that, it's a cool armor. I might make the chains form feather patterns.

Well, considering that the chain is made by the priests of an elvish deity of air, it seems reasonable. And I think that elvish chainmail could only be crafted by elves, as they would most likely guard the secrets of such a craft jelously. If anything, only an elf would have the patience to craft something like that.

I sometimes jokingly tell my players that "elven chain isn't made by the elves, it's tempered in elven blood".

LoL. Wellll... If one finds elvish chain in a horde, you can bet your bottom silver that it was tempered in elvish blood, cuz they wouldn't willingly give it up. :]

Improved efficient Quiver
This appears to be a typical arrow container capable of holding about twenty arrows. It has three distinct portions, each with a nondimensional space allowing it to store far more than would normally be possible.

The first and smallest one can contain up to 120 objects of the same general size and shape as an arrow. The second slightly longer compartment holds up to 30 objects of the same general size and shape as a javelin.

The third and longest portion of the case contains as many as 15 objects of the same general size and shape as a bow (spears, staffs, or the like). Once the owner has filled it, the quiver can produce any item she wishes, as if from a regular quiver or scabbard. The efficient quiver weighs the same no matter what’s placed inside it.
Moderate conjuration, faint alteration; CL 9th; Craft Wondrous Item, secret chest, shrink item; Price 4,000 gp;Weight 2 lb.

I think everyone will recognize the inspiration for this item... ;)

Granite Henchman

Figurines of Wondrous Power: Each of the several kinds of figurines of wondrous power appears to be a miniature statuette of a creature an inch or so high (with one exception). When the figurine is tossed down and the correct command word spoken, it becomes a living creature of normal size (except when noted otherwise below). The creature obeys and serves its owner. Unless stated otherwise, the creature understands Common but does not speak.

If a figurine of wondrous power is broken or destroyed in its statuette form, it is forever ruined. All magic is lost, its power departed. If slain in animal form, the figurine simply reverts to a statuette that can be used again at a later time.

Granite Henchman: This figurine is shaped in the form of a short human male. Upon utterance of the command word, a granite henchman grows to the size and specifications of a human, roughly five and a half feet tall. The henchman created from the statuette is fully obedient to the figurine's owner, serving as a beast of burden, a distraction, or a trap detector/trap setter-off-er. For purposes of carrying weight, it is treated as if it has a Strength score of 20. The henchman is not capable of attacking in any way. The statuette can be used four times per month for up to 24 hours at a time.

Moderate transmutation; CL 11th; Craft Wondrous Item, animate objects; Price 15,000 gp.

When I saw "for fun and chuckles," I immediately remembered the figurine of wonderous power I once made.

It had a very lengthy description of being a worn down statuette of some fearsome beast, crouched in a fighting stance, with its jaws open in hunger.

It summoned a squirrel.

how about this:

sap of forgetfulness

when ever opponent is knocked unconsious with this sap he is also affected by deep sleep so as he regains consiousness he starts dreaming. in his dreams all events of his last waking hour appear but with slight unrealistic chances (like dreams do) making him believe past events were a dream and he forgets them. if hypnotized or shown evidence of what happened he rolls will save (dc??) to realize it wasnt a dream after all
preq?? cost ??
