Two new magic items that I'm thinking of introducing into my campaign. Comments and suggestions are welcome...
Pocket Dimension
Wondrous Item
Level 8
Power: (Weekly Healing,Dimensional Folding) Standard Action.
Effect: Once triggered, this egg-shaped object forms an extra-dimensional pocket-plane in a burst 1. The user can designate which willing creatures are affected by the burst. The pocket-plane exists outside normal time and space and is undetectable. The plane can be maintained for a maximum of 2 turns, after which all occupants return to normal space. Creatures within the pocket plane cannot view the outside world. Those within the pocket-plane are treated as if they had taken a short rest.
Necrotic Gloves
Item Slot: Hands
Level 7
Property: Gain a +1 item bonus to death saving throws.
Power: (Daily Healing, Necrotic) Standard Action. Make a melee attack: Dexterity +4 vs. Reflex; on a hit deal 2d6 necrotic damage and you regain hit points equal to half the damage dealt.
