Inspired by a certain manuscript:

Vorpal Rabbit

You see a small rabbit humanoid with a big weapon moving at a rapid speed.

Innocence Enraged. Vorpal Rabbits often materialize as a sign of punishment of ill-gotten deeds. They are a sign of the weak finally getting up and fighting the good fight.

Fluffle Fury. While these creatures often attack in solo, more often than not, these creatures make large groups (known as Fluffle) and go on a rampage in mass.

Beseached for assistance. Despite their hostile nature, they are still protectors of the innocent and the helpless. It is possible to completely avoid their rage by throwing them on their mercy. If they judge you innocent, they may even help you out before returning to the rage.

It should have at least resistance, if not outright immunity, to non holy hand grenade weapons. Also not sure it needs an axe if it has huge sharp teeth and can leap about?
The Vorpal Bunny didn't need an axe to take your head clean off. It would just force you to make an Insight check at Disadvantage by making you believe that it was a cute and harmless bunny. If you failed at your check and were to get closer to the bunny, it would then leap at your neck in the hope of doing a crit against your neck. Now to be fair, the DM would allow you to do a DEX check.... :p
