New OotS is up. (#368)

Trouble. Right here in Azure City. Trouble with a capital 'T' and rhymes with 'P' and that stands for pool undead.

Holy cow! Your right!

Clearly the only way the OotS gang can save the world is by convincing everyone to put down their weapons and join the marching band!

Elan will be so happy! (Assuming he gets out of the clink of course)

What I like about this uh.. episode? Is that Rich is still dropping in "Paladin Dilemma's." As in, the paladin declining to investigate the missing food in favour of delivering the message.

I'm sure lots of groups out there have had discussions (and probably even fights) over what is the right thing for a Paladin to do in such a situation.
Yeah, I liked that, too. Just because Miko isn't nice doesn't make her a bad paladin (most of the time).

For what it's worth, I think she handled the issue deftly.

Clearly she is a 3.X paladin; earlier editions had a minimum Charisma score of 17 for paladins. :p

Agreed. I think it's the presence of the OotS that brings out the worst in her.

Of course, in the meantime, Redcloak became the leader of a nation of hobgoblins and aided Xykon in clearing out that tower full of planetars and gargantuan silver dragons. I'd say he is higher level than OotS now.

Yeah, but Miko is higher-level than the OotS, too.

Um, you do realize that the message is likely the response to Durkon's message, right? It would be interesting for Miko to live, get back with the 'important' message, and then learn that what she abandoned others to present to her liege (likely thinking it was of extreme international importance) was in fact a reply to Durkon stating he could not yet come home.

I see her surviving, but I don't think she'll go over to the dark side yet. Maybe later.
