The Corithian is one of the most powerful Major Arcana from the realm of Dreams. Although he's usually not evil, he is imbued with a very strong desire to hurt others.
The Corinthian usually looks like a handsome human, elven or half-elven male lacking both it's eyes. Where the eyes of the humanoid should be, It instead has two additional mouthes, giving it a horrific and disturbing appearance.
The Corinthian usually hides it's eyes with cloth when moving among the mortal races, or if they are available in the realm it visits, primitive sunglasses, usually of gnome or dwarven craft.

Combat:
The Corinthian disdains combat, and usually tries to flee if it's unable to scare it's opponents away. If pressed it tries to use it's spell-like abilities to cause as much havoc as possible before fleeing to the realm of dreams. The corithian has been known to hold a grudge for centuries at a time.
Improved Grab (Ex): To use this ability the corinthian must hit with a slam attack, if it succeeds it can attempt to steal it's opponents eyes.
Steal Eyes (Ex): To use this ability the corinthians pray must be somehow restrained or grappled. The Corinthian makes a normal attack with a dagger with a +4 bonus to it's attack roll, if successful the attack deals double damage as the corintian cuts out the eyes of it's prey, blinding them permanently and leaving two bleeding wounds. The corinthian then put's those eyes where it's own eyes should have been.
Spell-like Abilities: At Will - Alter Self and Reduce (Self Only); 3/day - Confusion, Dimension Door, Fear and Suggestion; 1/day - Dream, Mind Fog and Nightmare. These spells are as cast by a 10th-level sorcerer (DC = 15 plus spell-level.)
Dreamwalking (Sp): As a full round action, the Corinthian can transport itself and up to six willing creatures to or from the realm of dreams.
Blindsight (Ex): Although the corinthian lacks eyes of it's own, it sees as well as a humanoid of the type it appears as. If it has stolen eyes in it's upper mouthes, it sees as the creature whose eyes it has stolen.
Immunities: Immune to petrification and death effects.
Major Arcana: Immune to sleep, paralysis, stunning, posison, polymorphing, subdual damage and death from massive damage. Not subject to critical hits or mind-influencing effects (charms, cumpulsions, phantasms, patterns and morale effects). Cannot be affected against it's will by banishing spells. Cannot be summoned by non-diety creatures.

Hope you like it ;)

Abilities: Str 18, Dex 17, Con 18, Int 17, Wis 14, Cha 21
Skills: Bluff +10, Disguise +10, Hide +7, Intimidate +10, Knowledge (the Planes) +7, Listen +8, Move Silently +8, Search +7, Sense Motive +7, Spot +8

Just a cursory view of the monster so far......

His skill points are off. A 4 HD Outsider with a 17 Int only has a total of 36 skill points.

Removing the ability modifiers from the skills listed in its entry leaves:

Skills: Bluff +5, Disguise +5, Hide +4, Intimidate +5, Knowledge (the Planes) +4, Listen +6, Move Silently +5, Search +4, Sense Motive +5, Spot +6.

So- too many skill points.

Also- ability scores are a little too high (IMO) for a 4 HD monster (even an Outsider).

Grazzt: According to the creature creation rules as presented in the How to create a monster dragon article, and outsider has 8+Int modifier skillpoints per HD, which in this case would be 11 skillpoints per HD, or 44 skillpoints. Also you forgot to remove the +2 bonus to Listen and Spot that the creature recieves from the alertness feat. And I gave it those ability scores, because on of these guy's cut out Loki's eyes, and if it had average strength, it would just be to weak... :D
You really should read Neil Gaimans Sandman... Thank you for your comments though. You are a master when it comes to conversions.
