Ravenloft also allow horror stories with a softer style for teen public, like R.L.Stine's Goosegumps books.Not all dark domains are within the demiplane of the dread. This allows new doors to be opened. For example when the players wait "other weekend in the hell" they discover they are in.... the ripoff of Resident Evil 4, or something like mixing the videogame "the evil within" and the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crimson_Peak" target="_blank">movie Crimson Peak</a>, or a hidden underground secret laboratory with monster mutants</blockquote>
