D&D 5E (2014) New Race: Feyborn, Awakened Animal

Been toying around with an idea how to capture the various intelligent animal creatures in the fey realm into a playable race. Here's what I've got so far:

We should remember wild animals have got better senses than humans, to hunt or to detect predators. Not only to smell, but also hearing. Some creatures could move or jump better than a humanoid, for example a squirel climbing among trees, or a cat jumping.
