looks good... but is it worth being able to move in to flank or also make AoO's if by doin so you provoke an AoO? if i was an arcane archer i wouldnt be moving in to hit you just so you can turn around and hit me for free. just dont feel right. although they do only get one AoO (unless they have combat reflexes) so if you have alot of attacks then maybee this isnt to bad. but i still wouldnt feel to good about moving in to attack just to be attacked. JMO though.
