A new spell, Minor Item Augmentation, has been added to EN World's 5E Spells Database.
You touch an object you are holding and give it the smallest inklings of a magic item. Select one property from the Minor Properties table. The now-magical item gains that property for the duration. It also gains an imperfection, either chosen by the DM or rolled randomly on the Minor Quirks table, for the same duration.
You may reduce the casting time to a single action by expending a Hit Die when you cast the spell.
