Smite Known Enemy
Evocation
Level: Wiz/Sor 3, Cleric 3, War 3, Druid 4
Componets: V,S,M
Casting Time: 1 full round
Range: Touch
Duration: 1 round/ level
Target: One creature
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: None

Upon completion of the spell, the recipient enters a rage in which he receives a +4 bonus on all attacks and damage against a specific foe. The foe must be known by the caster and must be visible. For example, “the frost giant” would not be acceptable but “Reamnk, the frost giant Jarl who has led three raiding parties on our settlement” would be.

The spell requires a full round of no actions (other than casting the spell) for both the caster and the recipient.

I think it would fall under Evocation... and the levels look pretty good.

Actually I'd call it "Enchantment/Charm", since you are mentally affecting a target. For the level of the spell, compare it with Emotion - which can give a half-strength rage to *everyone* in a 15ft radius within Medium range and has the additional flexibility of despair/fear/friendship/hate/hope, although duration is limited to Concentration.

This is Bard3/Wiz4, and I would be tempted to place your spell at about the same level, although the long casting time might justify it being a level lower.
