A new spell, Spell-Storing Item, has been added to EN World's 5E Spells Database.
You place a spell effect into an item to draw it forth later at your command. The item becomes, in effect, a scroll of that spell which only you can use. You may choose any cantrip or 1st-level spell. You must provide any expensive material components at the time you imbue the spell into the object.
