New spell to critique

I use TEOM, which builds spells with either an attack roll or a save roll, not both. In play I like the ease of having only one roll to deal with.

What's TEOM?

The Elements of Magic, by EN Publishing. Though I think EoM is the more common abbreviation, or EoMR, since it has been revised.
