For artists, the advantage is a target audience of game designers, the ability to set their own price, and a higher percentage of the list price.

For designers, they don't have to go digging for genre art, if they want two goblins in a trenchcoat we have that. As we get more artists and products onboard our tag-based searching reduces the amount of digging through unrelated art you have to do.
