Legend of the Five Rings: Way of the Ninja

Way of the Ninja is the definitive sourcebook for ninja characters in Legend of the Five Rings. Featuring historical background for Rokugani ninja as well as new mechanical options for ninja characters playing in both the traditional Alderac system as well as the d20 system, this 96 page sourcebook details previously unrevealed information about ninja schools in Rokugan, shinobi magic, and the tools of espionage and assasination vital to the ninja's trade.

Gods:

This d20 sourcebook features 16 new pantheons of gods for monster races such as Dark Elves, Hobgoblins, Lizardfolk, Minotaurs, Ogres, Orcs, Trolls, and more. New holy symbols, temple maps, prestige classes, domains, spells, and holy relics fill this massive tome.

Hmm, the ninja books could be interesting. As far as the Gods book goes, I am a little worried about overlap, since Deities and Demigods is being released by WotC later this year.

It sounds like Gods is going to be more "monster" deities - I don't think that's what Deities and Demigods is going for.

On the other hand, I'm not entirely sure what will be in Deities and Demigods - I know there will be rules for deities and the like, but will the sample pantheons be Greyhawk, real-world mythologies, or something else?

If way of the ninja is true then I already can't wait. :D I would love to see new ninja core classes, PrC's, feats (Martial arts for the ninja which the class now does not seem to have any of) and skills that make the ninja stand out. I have been waiting for a ninja book for some time.

Gods focuses more on monster pantheons. I wasn't the developer on the title, but I tried to make the pantheons I designed (orcs, trolls, minotaurs) as portable as possible. For instance, the orc gods are presented as only one of many orc pantheons. The cosmology and myths are presented within the context of other orc gods kicking around the cosmos.

AEG's website is really out of date. It's sort of pathetic that Previews scoops their own page.

Anyone know when Gods is supposed to be released?

Same time your book is

Erik,

The March previews deals with stuff coming out in May or June, so I think they've timed gods to come out when your book on Faerun Gods also comes out. ;)
