new Vamp template; comments?

This is a vampire template that I whipped up. I decided that it was kinda ridiculous that vamps get all of their powers at once, and i've never liked energy drain attacks-especially considering that to my knowledge, nothing like that has ever appeared in literature. So, I took away the energy drain attack, gave them 2 slams, and spread out the other abilities over 6 stages of growth, gained by sucking blood. The stages are thus: 1st: Undead, +2 Str, +2 Cha, Blood Drain, DR 5/silver, Feats, Vampire Weaknesses, Create Spawn (vampire spawn only), +4 to Vampire Skills, +2 natural armor. 2nd (at 25 Con drained): Spider Climb, 2 Slams 1d4, Fast Healing 2, Cold/Electricity Resistance 10. 3rd(at 75 points drained): +2 Str, +2 Dex, DR 10/silver, Alternate Form (normal animals), +2 natural armor. 4th(at 100 points): +2 Int, +2 Wis, +2 Cha, Fast Healing 5, Cold/Electricity Resistance 20, full Vampire Skills, Turn Resistance +2, 2 Slams 1d6. 5th (at 150 points): Gaseous Form, Children of the Night, DR 15/silver, Domination, +2 natural armor. 6th(at 175 points): +2 Str, +2 Dex, DR 15/+1, Alternate Form, (Dire animals), Create Spawn (vampires), Turn Resistance +4. What do you think? It's a pretty simple change, but any opinions?

any opinions?
Yeah, but some spaces in their. As is it is very hard to read.

What do you mean you game them to slams? If thier slam attack doesn't drain, just give them a Claw attack or an unamred strike. a "slam" is IMO useless if it has no real special effect.
At 1st level, they should get only the most basic vamp abilities and weakness. Also, at 1st level, they should be vampire spawn and shoul;d not be able to "reproduce." You also should either spread their abilities out over a few more levels, or allow them to pick and choose abilities.

Shouldn't you have some way in which the vampire loses blood, say maybe each night he "spends" 1 Con. Otherwise, a ewly created vampire can reach the higher stages after a few nights and he'll stay like that permanently.

I always do my vampire power by age, as many books and movies do: Anita Blake, Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I also give them the Vampire Lord and Prince Template as the get into advanced age.

Witness: I'm sure that nobody thinks that dual-wielding shortswords is ridiculous, and with slams, you have 2 attacks for 1d6, and you can attack with both at no penalty-a reasonable price for the sacrificed crit range. Also, you can take Improved Natural Weapon so they deal 1d8 each-not so bad, eh?

Liquid Snake: excellent idea, maybe I'll make it a save or lose 1d4 points.

Dark Wolf: do you know where I can get those templates? They sound sehr nifty.
