New blood is probably a good thing, and I find it interesting that part of his resume is DMsGuild.

Perkins got their break in Dungeon magazine iirc.

DMs Guild is basically its replacement.

This is really great news. What I really love about the new Starter Set that Justice led is that it is so crazy usable. There was so much thought put into every aspect about it. Can't wait to see where things go from here!

Not only want was put into it but what was left out. It feels like a lot of careful consideration went to that.
