I am *very* happy to hear that Chaosium came through with the license, and that we'll see CoC from Pagan for at least 3 more years...

The following is from a message that Scott Glancy posted to the Delta Green mailing list on June 10 with regards to the hardcover reprint of the main DG book, which is first up to go to the printer's:
"As for the new Delta Green hardcover with the d20 rules in it... here is the situation.
"We've been in a holding pattern since February because it wasn't until YESTERDAY that Chaosium came through with a license agreement. I'm still reviewing the agreement to make sure its kosher, but until yesterday I wasn't sure I was going to get one. Chaosium is completely within their rights to just decide that they don't need the competition from us. However, that is not the case and they have extended out ability to produce CoC books for another 3 years.
"Now the second problem is that my layout person is working on something else for the next two weeks so I cannot get the last of the layout issue taken care of until then. The book will get printed, but don't look for it at GenCon."
Other works in progress include Dennis Detwiller's DG novel "Denied to the Enemy" and the single-vol. compilation of the three "Eyes Only" chapbooks, but funding for the printing of these will likely come from the sales of the aforementioned DG hardback, so there will doubtless be some (more) lag time between publications.
Now, if anybody wants to start the pool on how long until somebody else wanders in and posts "say, what's up with Delta Green?"...
