News standard format

Should we set a standard format for News?

Some suggestions:
1) Products should be in italics

2) Links should pop up new windows with standard target name _EnWorld

Any others?
After we're done setting the style perhaps they could be posted in the submit a scoop page?

1) That's how I do it bar occasions when I miss it by mistake.
