[Nexus] Mutations upgrades and more

I have just done a new release of my system

V1.02
Magic and psionic feats moved in their areas.
Magic advanced moved to magic area
Gunnery and leader skills added to relevant occupation, basic class and advanced.
Advanced class cleaned up
Equipment armour- leather jacket and flight suit added, cleaned up. Note about power cells added.
Mutations- corrections to some MP values, upgrading the mutation added.
