OK it is based on d20 modern, urban and future. I found the combat rules to be silly as the mecha to space craft to PC combat just did not work.

So I began my long quest to make a new game, and moderately hard game to set up but easy to play.

The combat rules are basically the same as d20 except now there is no cover bonus and different parts of the body have their own AC, though overall HP still count for the entire body. This allows for better criticals v a spot on the body.

It allows for cover shoot through, ie if you stand behind a paper wall then you are not going to be too well protected than standing behind a stone wall. All cover has a damage reduction.

The combat now allows for 60km space craft to be attacked and attack a meduim PC. Yes the damage done by a PC will not really do anything to the space craft but you get the point. Combat should use the same rules for all situitions.

I have gotten rid of cross class skills entirely, if you want to use your skill points on hide then OK, this means a solider taking hide skills can be a scout for the unit.

I used D&D3.5 SRD for psionics and magic, but you have to use feats to gain increased powers. You start as untrianed, limited to max of 5th for both, unless you take an advanced class which allows you to get to 9th.

Lots of new cyber-wear, mutations, feats etc. Some new equipments designed by me.

Not all the rules need to be used, I inlcluded rules for g forces for combat.

Mecha called APeS for Nexus are like all vehicles. The size sets the number of slots for equipments which you can load into them.

The vehicle rules still need work, and now I have realised that since I am having random hits to any part of the body for PC (unless you take a feat to pick the location) then I will need to work out the rules for vehicles as well. Note for a later date to self.

In the end this is a project still in prduction and all inputs are welcome. If you think it is bad then tell me why and if you want to add something or change something, again tell me and I will discuss it with you.
