NG vs. N: Neutral Good Victorious!

Hargelda wheels just before impact with the northern wall and heads southward towards the insectoid pony.

(double MEA to 80N80E20Z, southbound)

(Too bad she doesn't have Wingover or this would be easier. :) )

Hargelda sees where this could go. Her speed and breath weapon range aren't good enough to keep up with the running, and she has no desire to allow a draw.

She cruises to 60N60E and touches down.

(MEA to 60N60E0Z, readied standard action of fear gas breath weapon)

Arrrrgh!

That's inside a dust cloud. One of them is centered at 60N55E.

I forgot about that also. To review, there is the aforementioned dust cloud, as well as ones centered at 10N5E, 10N45E, 10N95E, and 45N100E.

The above information also makes IP's run to 0N0E problematic as well, because it would have had to go through three of the dust clouds, something IP would not have done if PJSlavner were paying attention.

How about we change round 153 to IP running to 115N115E, with Hargelda still at 80N80E20Z, southbound.

(These stupid clouds make it hard to run away. I repeat, "Arrrrgh!)

Hargelda spins to follow the running creature, closing in to attack again with her sonic breath weapon.

(MEA: to 110N115E10Z northbound, Std: breath weapon)

full breakdown of MEA, if anyone cares:
[sblock]
Turn in Place twice for a 90 turn = 10 ft,
to 80N90E20Z w = 10 ft (20"),
to 90N100E10Z nw = 20 ft (40"),
to 100N110E10Z nw = 15 ft (55"),
to 110N115E10Z n = 10 ft (65")
which is more than the stall speed

I figured I should walk it through since I'm not 100% confident of the aerial moves, and I was drinking a margarita while writing the move. :)

Hargelda's breath deals 2 to IP. Hargelda can breath again in round 156.

Round 154: IP flees the arena because it is too difficult to run away with all of those sand storms in the way. A small triceratops without horns comes lumbering into the arena.

Round 156: The triceratops lumbers out of the arena when it is breathed on. Hargelda can breathe again in round 160, and is at 110N110E15Z, northbound.

A large bird flies into the arena at 80N115E, ending at 100N110E10Z, northbound. It has a mottled, naked head and neck with a wicked, hooked beak. It is ten feet long with a wingspan of twenty feet, and it smells of carrion. Hargelda manages to hold her breath against the awful stench (rolled 26 Fort save). Hargelda recognizes the bird as a dire vulture, and knows its animal traits, as well as its scent ability and its stench ability (as well as knowing that once one overcomes the smell, one is immune to it for 24 hours). The vulture bites Hargelda (rolled 25) for 11 points of damage. Hargelda has 27 HP remaining, and goes first in round 157.

Hargelda, facing the wrong way and not having her breath weapon ready, doesn't have much choice but to attempt to find a better position to work from. She wings along the north wall and then pulls away a bit and settles down.

(Withdraw action: moving to 115N80E15Z, then 80N60E0Z, spinning to face the vulture once she lands.)

Round 157: The vulture turns east, flies to 100N60E, turns south, and lands at 85N60E, next to Hargelda. Hargelda is first in round 158, and remember, if Hargelda wants to attack with something besides bite, she has to enter the vulture's space.
