Ninja base class from Dragon Mag?

Anyone care to post info on the Ninja from Dragon Mag? At the very least, can I get the issue number? Thanks!

I can at least tell you that it was in issue #318. Sorry, but there isn't much else that I recall offhand.

Let's see...it gets the Monk AC bonus, small bonuses to Balance, Jump, and Tumble, good Reflex save, middle BAB, a sneak attack variant that doesn't work on flanking, and funky ki abilities that let you go invisibile, incorporeal, etc.

It's not a bad class, really, but I'm not sure that the AC bonus and ki abilities are worth it.
