Ninja's Ghost Step duration

The ghost step says that it makes the ninja invisible for one round. It doesn't say that it's only until the ninja attacks.

So am I right in the assumption that he can make all his attacks and stay invisible for the round?

Correct. If the ability had referenced the invisibility spell, then the ninja would reappear after an attack, but it doesn't.

A related question: Suppose a ninja uses her ghost step ability in two consecutive rounds. Does she briefly become visible, thus giving away her location?

I'd say yes. She would become visible until she used the ghost step again. or, maybe if you have a nice dm, he would have the enemy roll a spot check to try to get a glimpse of the ninja in the second she becomes visible and then invisble again

Yes. The ninja reappears at the end of the round and can turn invisible again if he so wishes. Smart enemies can ready an action to nail him at that point.
