indeed! i am seriously looking forward to my character being driven insane and/or eaten.
the game isn't so much closed to people who aren't members at one set of messageboards or another, but you do kind of need to talk to Keeper about joining. the problem with that is, every year the game gets more and more popular and thus bigger... and of course the more players you have, the harder it is to run a game.
