I always liked the Collision and Psychokinetic Psionic weapon properties.

High-Dex PSyWars & reach weapons can rack up a lot of AoOs.

On the ranged threat note 'Range threat' in Dragon 350 page 90 gives you a 15 foot threat range with a bow.
