I suspect a new packet, along with the new class after Winter Fantasy. Mearls suggested the class would be released first there and available to everyone else shortly after that. I think that also works for a new packet IMO.

I like the idea of Martin Luther day, I've long thought Canada should have Tommy Douglas Day. The man invented public healthcare, first bill of rights, public autoinsurance, and so so much more.

Assuming it is a new packet (which I wouldn't count on), it surely will not be a full playtest packet, because the survey just went out. More likely it'll be a mini-packet which adds something unrelated to what we're playtesting now, like the magic items packet or the sorcerer+warlock packet. Could be a new class, could be new magic items, could be a new adventure. Could be related to the PDFs. Probably nothing.
