No, I love massive tomes of rules. I prefer massive tomes of rules. Admittedly it’s partially because of how my brain works - I see I have to shell out $80 for two books (instead of $60 for one big-as-sin book) and I need to drag around two books and if I only can afford one book at that time there is the ever present “I need to buy the other book” reminder riding in the back of my head alongside other things like “did I leave my stove on?” and “remember to file your taxes” and I fall to pieces.
