No WotC updates today?

Typically WotC has an update to the D&D section every day except Saturday & Sunday (and Saturday's occasionally get updates). Now, the number of updates has been reduced lately, but it's just been a case of fewer updates each day. Today, however, there have been no new updates.

Maybe a sign of the "pay for content" section getting ready to be launched?

Hasbro's offices are closed from Christmas Eve until after New Years, inclusive.

Hasn't stopped the other regular updates this week.

I imagine ones like the mini-update which have a set day of the week, were still updated, whereas others that are just fill-ins dropped. Either way there's no real evidence to support ulterior motives.

From what I hear, not only is the OGL gone, but now they're gonna use a subscription service too. You'll have to pay a monthly fee to access the PHB.
