Any cool moments worth heisting for a D&Dgame?

For some odd reason my TNT channel was out tonight...though every other channel worked just fine. Very strange.

Not that I could see.

It looked to me rather like the base concept was originally pitched as a series or mini-series, but all they got for it was a movie.

One can launch any number of criticisms about it. It wasn't deep, surely. And the writing wasn't the greatest. But I thought it was cute, and enjoyable if one simply put the brain in idle for a couple hours. As my dad would say, "Better than a sharp stick in the eye"

I watched the Ben Franklin History Channel special instead last night - and liked it much better.

Franklin kicks major butt.

For me it was worth it. If for no other reason than to hear Bob Newhart scream, "Any one else want a piece of me?"

But it was bad. Luckily, I tend to have a "thing" for bad movies, so I'll add this to my collection when it comes out on dvd.
