Nobility Domain Ability - does it apply to spells?

I have a PC with the Nobility Domain from the FRCS. According to that book, as a standard action the PC can grant his allies a +2 morale bonus to hit, damage, saving throws, and skill checks for his charisma modifier in rounds.

My question is, does the damage bonus apply to everything, including damaging spells? So far the thinking is in our group, if the spell is cast during the Nobility power's duration, involves an attack roll and does damage, then it gains the +2 bonus.

Thoughts?

i think the +2 to attack would apply, but not the +2 damage

Nobility Domain Power - "...+2 morale bonus bonus on saving throws, attack rolls, ability checks, skill checks and weapon damage rolls..."

That makes sense. Do you think it would apply to a "Launch Bolt" cantrip? That spell propels a plain old crossbow bolt as if you had just shot it out of a light crossbow. So it's a weapon, but the force shooting it is a spell. I could see it going either way.
