Non Core in Dungeon?

Would you stop buying Dungeon if they tried a 1 AP, 1 core and 1 non-core model?

James,

Come on, you spoiled the ending of Dawning of the New Age, why not this one? ;)

*does understand but enjoys teasing James*

Honestly though we so need more Nerra and Ethergaunt adventures.

MORE than more FR adventures. *looks at Tak*

IME, the more narrowly defined an adventure is, the less useful it bcomes to the community-at-large.
The opposite of that is true as well. I mean how many adventures does the community at large really need that just re-tread the same ground over and over again too?

I really like the material in both Dungeon and Dragon these days, but let's face it: the law of diminishing returns means that I pick them up very infrequently these days.

The Mind Flayer I could handle, but this was the worst for us:

Death and
Doppelgangers"

Worst. Offense. Ever.

:P
Holy :):):):). I agree with the tak. I ended up cutting off the cover.

Peace and smiles :)

It would depend on how strong the core and the AP were, and how generic the "specialty" adventure was. An adventure that is "too Eberron" or whatever is unikely to see much use. If I thought I was getting good use of the other two adventures, probably not a big deal. I have the same problem with adventures in the 13+ level range (don't need them or use them) but it doesn't stop me from enjoying the rest of the magazine.

*never shows any of the Dungeon mags to anyone* This is also why I think there needs to be an AoW HC soon. Even though I know it won't happen before 2008.

J-dwag,

Just consider it like comic books, an investment but more for the future of your gaming than anyone else's. ;)
