Thanks for the tips all!

I want to do this to familiarize the players, moreso than myself, but also just to see what happens. I tend to have fairly savvy players, so I'm forced to get creative to challenge them, but one weakness is psionics. They know next to nothing about psionics, and when I used NPC psions against them, they invariably struggled with those encounters. I thought it might be good to show them the other side.

Complete psion would be requisite before I'd start laying everything out. I'll need as much psi resources as I can find (but I usually don't go third party).

Anything else from the psi masters?

Check out the Minds Eye articles on www.wizards.com/dnd. There is a PrC called the Sanagrim (?) and it specializes in healing. There might be some healing powers as well. there is 3.0 and 3.5 version of the PrC.

As for the world:

Races: Human, Maenad, Elan, Dromite, Xeph, Snyad (CP), Half-Giant, Kalashtar (Eberron). All are psi races and feel different from the elf/dwarf of typical fantasy.

Classes:
Barbarian - Fine as is.
Fighter - Fine as is.
Rogue - Fine as is.
Monk - maybe a tweak or two to make them more psi-flavored
Sorcerer - Replace with Wilder
Wizard - Replace with Psion
Cleric - Replace with Ardent
Druid - Gone
Bard - Replace with Lurk
Ranger - Replace with Scout (CV)
Paladin - Replace with Divine Mind (or Knight)
Add: Psychic Warrior, Soulkknife

Also Consider: Eberron is LOADED with new powers, feats, and a sub-group of psionic monsters (Quori) Of interests: the Campaign Setting has the Kalashtar Race and Quori, Magic of Eberron has new power, feats, and monsters, Races of Eberron has Kalashtar (again) and more feats and powers.

Also: Lords of Madness has lots of psionic monsters (aboleths, mind flayers) with power equiviants to spells. Feel Free to use Far Realm/Daekyr (Eberron) stuff too!

Good luck to you.
