Noncombat Wizard

First Post
I'm looking to make a wizard/loremaster character with little to no direct combat ability, instead using forethought, planning, and cohorts/followers to get things done. He's the kind of cooky fellow that will have a wizard's tower on his own demiplane, surrounded by a large village of his followers, and calls up adventurers to send them on quests to find specific components and magic items he needs for his next "project." Idea is to have lots of "friends," in the form of cohorts, followers, golems, and other constructs, while using his magic to help them out (and create them) and do macroscale kinds of things.

Note: I want to PLAY this character, he's not an NPC. I'd like to not make specialized as he's for knowledge all across the board.

Things I'm thinking would be neat include flaws (ala UA) that lower your DCs. Say -2 to any school? Or how about specifically to Evocation?

Does anyone have any feats/abilities laying around that involve expanding upon Leadership or possibly gaining XP for the use of items/golems/nimblewrights/etc.? Looked at Craft Points, not what I need.

Thanks!

Le bump

Ok, I'll make this a little more focused, here's a flaw, ala UA:

Your DCs to any school of magic take a -2 penalty.

The reason there isn't a flaw like that is because my 1st level fighter can take that and get a FREE FEAT.

Hmm, true. But then, I could just take Noncombatant, and for this character it would be the same thing. Actually, maybe I should just do that :-D

How about the same flaw, but add...

Special: Your 1st level class must be a spell-caster

Pheh, that's still clunky.

Here's another feat:

Intellectual Leader
Prereqs: Leadership feat
Benefit: Your leadership score is now based on Int, not Char.
