Free RPG day is on the 21st -- that's also below the 14 day window, so to be fair you ought to be warning Goodman games too.

Goodman had this announced before the GSL was even available. Is it possible that this is being done with special permission from WotC?

Frankly, I would hope so....Wizards is supporting Free Game Day, if I'm not mistaken. Free Game Day is Goodman Games' baby....so I would hope they at least let them release some free 4th Edition Goodness on it!
