NOTE: Merging of "E-tools/PCGen Deal" threads

Seeing as how we already have 3 threads in place for the discussion of the PCGen / E-Tools agreements, I will be merging any new threads into these threads. Discussion is a good thing, but I also don't wish to overflood this forum with repetitions of what is essentially the same thread.
