I was browsing Elaine Cunningham's GenCon site for Author Avenue info and came across this:

Unfortunately, Monte Cook has a conflicting obligation and will not be able to attend this year's GenCon Indy.

I couldnt find any information on the Gen Con website, forums or Monte's site.

Does anyone know more about this?

Monte (or Sue) if you are reading this, anything we should know about?

Is it possible they were thinking of Origins? I play in Monte's game and run the Ptolus miniatures line, and I'm pretty sure Monte and Sue will be at Gen Con for the Ptolus launch.
