This game is not D&D, but World War II as a role-playing pbem game. I've written 9 manuals for this, covering multiple levels and roles. The game is under way now with 22 players, but the scope of the game is huge.
We need double that number for a good game.
This is a decision-based command game. Combat is handled only on the Tactical Level with a unique new system that does not require dice, random numbers, or any computer software.
