NPC Gumbo concept: Just as a good gumbo has a little bit of everything in it, so does a good NPC, or at least they can. As I use my massive D20 Modern library to make NPCs for my post-apocalyptic game, I'll post them here. I plan to do this fairly regularly, and I'll be showcasing material from a variety of publishers. If somebody wants to hire me to do this, that would be spiffy, but for now, I'm just going to have fun with it. While these NPCs will be primarily for use in my post-apocalyptic game, most of them will probably be pretty easy to adapt.
The first NPC group was Mansel Katarne & minions, using material from 16 different books by 10 different publishers.
The Second is another one of the minions of the same evil faction, a full-replacement cyborg trained in martial arts.
