[NSFW] Finishing Moves

I'm picturing scenes from Kill Bill, Volume One for both Who's Next? and Instant Badass...

...unless I'm wrong. Then that's not what I'm imagining at all.

Well, I haven't seen Kill Bill in a while, but Instant Badass is supposed to be that finishing move pulled off by every anime/movie/video game character ever where the good guy and bad guy attack each other, nobody moves for a few seconds, then the good guy walks away, sheathes his sword, and then the bad guy falls down and explodes.

Which is probably why Tarantino used it. Either way, it's a cool power (even just to give as a freebie to players).

Finishing move:
Once per encounter, you may modify an attack with a single target to become a finishing move.

Target: One bloodied creature.
Effect:Double the damage dealt by this attack.
If this attack kills your target, you may choose one of the following effects:
* Spend a free healing surge.
* Gain a healing surge for later use.
* Make an intimidate check against all minions as if they where bloodied.
* Make an intimidate check against a bloodied opponent.
Special: A creature may only be targeted by one finishing move/encounter.

Here is a monster power, lvl 4:

:melee: throw, pin, & face stab, encounter, req. halberd, +10 v F, target & monster prone, 2nd atk: +12 v AC, 3d8+3, effect: monster drops halberd, draws dirk
