Number of post per page

I noticed a little weirdness. Probably for bandwith and workload reasons, the number of post (or thread, for forum index) per page has been limited to 25. (Sigh, I enjoyed putting &perpage=200 for archiving threads, but nevermind.)

But vB still believe I'm set to 40 post per page.

As a result, let say a thread has 250+ posts. The forum index displays me page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. On mouseover, he even tells me page 7 contains posts 241 to 250+.

But when I click 7, it displays a 25 post page, which of course is for posts 176-200; and I have to then click on page 10.

It's a little weird. I've tried checking my options to set it to the new default of 25, but it tells me I'm already on the default.

Here's what worked for me: click on user cp. Go into options. Change a setting or two; I don't really think it matters what. Then go back, and see if it helps.

It's a very long time since I had a connection with EN World lasting so long. I also got a mail from my ISP asking me to mail back if I've still a problem. Maybe that's fixed now!

Well, refreshing didn't adressed this minor trouble, but is sometime necessary. Not too much a hassle.
