That doesn't mention PDFs. But, yeah, I'm guessing first week of August to coincide with the first shipping wave. We'll know soon enough!

I could be wrong, but I believe Ebooks covers the PDF's. Tales of Numenara came in PDF, Mobi and ePub formats all together, the Core Book releases may be similar.
