Mav, send me an email if those ride conditions are good with you....

Do we have any specific food plans? Potluck breakfast as traditional? good chinese takeout in the area?

Food... well, it depends. Originally there were lots of people interested so we figured potluck for breakfast (we'll get the bagels) and burgers and dogs on the grill for lunch. Snacks and maybe drinks brought by the masses.

But if there are going to be less people we can maybe do a little more. Right now there are lots of people from out of town so it will be harder for people to bring foodstuffs with them. I'm still thinking over the food situation and waiting to see if anyone else is going to sign up for the gameday before I can finalize the food plans.

In other news Rob is STILL working on when he wants to run what. Sorry guys. Hopefully we'll get some more people running stuff soon so you can start signing up.

Sorry for the delay in getting these posted, been very busy. I will be running 2 RPGs and a game of Zombies! using all the expansions. I am trying to keep with a Halloween theme as you might notice by the game descriptions below.

Zombies! the board game:
Start out in the Town Square and be the first to make it to the helipad and escape. Sounds easy right? Forgot to mention there are hordes of Zombies! in your path. Besides making it to the helipad if you kill enough of them they just might leave you alone. Includes the Mall, Military Base, and College Campus expansions.

Art Imitates Life - A d20 Modern RPG: Department 7 (that's you!) has been called in to investigate the odd circumstances surrounding a series of attacks that have occured in art galleries, museums and in art collector's homes recently. It appears that strange and violent animals have been involved in these odd altercations in which no entry point into the area where the attack takes place can be found.

The End of Paradise - A Call of Cthulhu d20 adventure: Built in 1892, The Paradise Theater was once the finest venue in town for live stage acts. The times changed and the theatre lost business. In 1928 it was converted to a movie theater and it served well until it closed it's doors in 1974 due to the cost of upkeep and necessary renovations not being profitable for a one-screen theatre.
Last year however a local arts group purchased the theatre and begun the slow process of renovations and improvement. The volunteer group worked tirelessly and the new Paradise Theatre is set to open in a few days.
Recently though, a young woman volunteer had an accident there and had to be hospitalized There are rumors spreading that the theatre is haunted, and that the woman saw something horrible.
You are agents of the insurance company hired by Metro Arts (the group that now owns the theatre). You have been sent to investigate the accident before the theatre opens to the public.

I'll let Queenie schedule these games for me. Any questions about any of the games, let me know. I also have several board/card games that are suitable for a Halloween themed game day including:

Betrayal at the House on the Hill
Dracula
Munchkin Bites
Chez Goth

and more I'm sure!

Okay Rob's games have been added. Again, if anyone out there wants to run something let me know. We still have plenty of space for games :)

bumpity bump bump

Hey all... plans are coming along well for the gameday next weekend, including a Halloween Party for Saturday night is anyone is interested. So far we don't have too many people so there is still room to run a game or you have your choice of games to play in.

Feel free to ask any questions you have!
